The popping dots in this book are akin to the satisfaction of bubble wrap。 The book starts with ten and counts down to one page by page with cute rhymes about different ocean animals like octopuses, seahorses, stingrays, and starfish。 For the first page, there are ten fish, each with a pop-a-dot on their bodies, then nine sea turtles with pop-a-dots on each of their bodies on the next page, etc。 It’s fun, especially for toddlers who like to be tactile with their books。 We borrowed this from a fr The popping dots in this book are akin to the satisfaction of bubble wrap。 The book starts with ten and counts down to one page by page with cute rhymes about different ocean animals like octopuses, seahorses, stingrays, and starfish。 For the first page, there are ten fish, each with a pop-a-dot on their bodies, then nine sea turtles with pop-a-dots on each of their bodies on the next page, etc。 It’s fun, especially for toddlers who like to be tactile with their books。 We borrowed this from a friend 。。。more

I got this book to read to my son, and he LOVES it! The noisy dots keep him interested and at the book rather than losing attention or walking around。 He was also interested in the different pictures, counting along of the number of animals in each page, etc。

This is a great book to over animals and counting。 This book could also be used for colors while reading。 The book starts at ten and then each page one less dot is left to pop。 Each page is "popping" with fun! My brother and I fought over the poppable buttons in this book。 I wish our library had two copies。 So much fun!
